We will discuss the ethical teachings from Rabbinic Jewish tradition, as it relates to your relationship to government and community, plus focusing on communication with others.

No prior knowledge of Pirkei Avot, nor attendance at Congregation Etz Chaim’s previous Pirkei Avot sessions, are required for the class. Weekly readings will be recommended, using Joseph Rosenstein’s Reflections on Pirkei Avot: Not Just What My Rebbe Taught Me.
