Exploring Jewish Identity: A Conversation, Not a Class.

“How to Disagree as a Jew”

Congregation Etz Chaim

In Person Only

November 5

6:00-7:30pm

Join us on Thursday, November 5, for the first conversation in our new monthly
series, “Exploring Jewish Identity: A Conversation, Not a Class.”
This group will be facilitated by Alan Fink & David Strassler.
We’ll meet from 6:00-7:30pm
In-person only

Our opening topic, “How to Disagree as a Jew,” will set the stage for the conversations to come. Together, we’ll explore how we can engage thoughtfully with differing perspectives while navigating what it means to be Jewish today.

This first gathering will also be an opportunity to shape the series together. We’ll discuss topics we’d like to explore in future meetings, identify the most convenient times to gather, and share what we each hope to gain from these conversations.

Whether you come with questions, strong opinions, uncertainties, or simply a desire to listen and learn from others, your voice is welcome. This is a space for open conversation, genuine curiosity, and sharing ideas—not a class with right or wrong answers.
