My interest in the History of Anti-Semitism from early Christianity to the European Expulsion of the Jews grew out of participation in a National Endowment for the Humanities funded Seminar in Oxford England in the summer of 2014. I have also been part of a Medieval Art seminar at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. My interest in the topic continues to intensify as I pursue further studies both formally through courses and seminars and through independent inquiry.

Currently I teach World History at Southern Maine Community College. Before retiring I taught History at Deering High School in Portland. I hold a Master’s Degree in European Intellectual History from California State University at Fullerton.
